This is a stunning stone which, although not noted in the certificate, has beautiful fluorescense to it that really makes it POP.

A note about 'residiues', when heating rubies, a foreign substance is usually introduced to heal surface reaching fissures. This is found in almost all heat treated ruby and is considered stable.
